If you don't pay, we can switch off your electricity, gas and water.

Before we do that, you will receive a last reminder in the post first. It is called "Sperrankündigung". If you receive this letter, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution together. We can often defer your outstanding amount or grant you an installment agreement. 

Important: Four weeks after you have received the letter "Sperrankündigung" and if we still have not received your payment, we will turn off the electricity, gas and drinking water.
